Role
As a relationship manager I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support, whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package.
Additionally I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
Background
I have worked in HE since 2008 and a key priority for me is to be able assist and enable institutions to provide better services to students. Within education, I have worked in careers services, employability as well as IT.
Prior to joining Jisc, I had worked with the University of London Computer Centre as a business relationship manager in providing VLE platforms and research repositories to the education sector.
