I work in the content and discovery team undertaking research in support of knowledge delivery, helping institutions to define and advance their strategic agendas by producing information assets such as blogs, podcasts, webinars and reports. I facilitate conversations between members to help them gain a better collective understanding of new and emerging technologies in support of research, especially in the Arts and Humanities.

Over the last 20 years I have worked in project, programme and strategy roles for Acting Up, Carers UK, The British Library and now Jisc.
