Role
As a relationship manager, I ensure that members experience a strong and personalised relationship with Jisc, enabling them to have ready access to our full range of products, services and support (whether inclusive as part of membership or in addition to any subscription package). Additionally, I champion our members' needs within Jisc, challenging with respect to members’ requirements so that the member 'voice' shapes Jisc's operational and strategic priorities.
Background
I have spent the majority of my career within the UK and international education sectors working for a selection of companies including Pearson, Microsoft, itslearning and Instructure. I feel extremely passionate about supporting our educational establishments so the learners of today receive the best education possible, thus leading them to greater employability opportunities.
