Becky Hobbs

I am a data analyst working in the data analytics team. In my role on a daily basis, I am one of a team who process tailored datasets for customers who wish to have a set of data bespoke to their requirements. This is done so using a variety of HESA datasets which I have worked with now for over a decade.

I am very passionate about supporting the team, understanding the data, its historical structuring and supporting our customers in what way I can.

I began to work for HESA following successfully obtaining a degree in information technology and information systems studies at the University of Gloucestershire.

I worked for HESA for over a decade before moving to Jisc to continue working with the HESA data. My time at HESA allowed me to work on a variety of projects including publications and reports and gave me the opportunity to work with a variety of departments developing skills I have taken with me to Jisc.
